- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables
- AG Studio retains ownership of all preliminary designs, code, and materials not selected for final use
- AG Studio reserves the right to display and link to completed client work as part of our portfolio

4.5 Project Changes
Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Applications and Digital Products

5.1 License to Use
For applications and digital products created and owned by AG Studio, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Refund Policy for Applications
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial period for our applications. If you are not satisfied with the application, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

5.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our applications
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our applications
- Use our applications for any illegal purpose
- Transfer your license to any third party
